Well, for some reason, the Arizonaquickdry.com website has gone missing. The main website has been in need of a fresh update (and new web host apparently), so the blog will be the main website for now.

Well, as long as gas prices stay reasonably stable, here is the price list for this year. It has not changed since late 2005. The plan has been simple; control cost and shop smart.
Here is the list: (Based on average-sizes)
$50 First Room Charge (Minimum Charge)
$20 Each Additional Full Size Room
$10 Bedroom Walkway or Small Half-Sized Room
$25 Each Set of Stairs (approx. 12-14 steps) <-- This is the only change.
$55 Sofa
$45 Loveseat
$35 Recliner
$30 Upright Chair
$100+ Sectionals (They Vary in Size)
Emergency water extraction must be estimated onsite
Upholstery cleaning is performed using "wet" cleaning methods. Some upholstery requires that it be cleaned using solvent (dry) cleaning. We do not use solvents for cleaning as it violates our policy of safe cleaning products, but we can refer you to those who are trained and certified for this type of cleaning.

New Equipment!
OK, despite the van still needing the upgrade, I decided to have better tools to do the job. The newest addition? A new portable extractor and a new wand.
The Mytee Speedster is twice as powerful as my previous machine (which I have used for over 8 years now). This means you can expect a deeper cleaning and faster dry times.
The Westpak wand is wildly popular among fellow carpet cleaners and provides excellent cleaning performance. It also has a lower profile end to reach further under furniture and beds. I just received it yesterday and look forward to trying it out!

We are pleased to offer a new service - Hardwood & Laminate Floor Refinishing!This process involves NO sanding, no mess, and very little odor.
The Lamanator process is a new way of restoring floors without the mess and cost of a full-blown sand and refinish job. There are some things to note:
- This method of restoration is not for all floors.
- Severely damaged floors will not benefit from this process.
